Delete your account
You can request deletion without paying or opening the game. Send an email to hello@kraneapps.com with the subject “Steal a Seeker — delete account”.
- Include the public wallet address used in the game and say whether you want your entire game account deleted or only specific data.
- We will verify that you control the wallet, for example with a clearly described signed message. We will never ask for a seed phrase, private key or token transfer.
- We will explain the effect on your account and carry out the verified request, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. We aim to respond within 30 days, or the shorter period required by law.
What is removed
The request covers your wallet-linked game profile, saved progress, equipment, .skr association, session access and identifiable competition records that are not needed for the exceptions below. Unused credits and game access may become unavailable after deletion; we explain this before completing the request.
What may remain
We may keep limited purchase receipts, credit-ledger entries or security records needed for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations. We will identify the reason and relevant retention period in our response. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted. Backup copies remain until normal backup rotation removes them. Other people may keep cards or screenshots you shared with them.
Local-only play
If you never connected a wallet, your game saves are local to the device. Uninstall the game or clear its storage in Android Settings to remove them. Settings also lets you delete the optional playtest report. Clearing device storage alone does not delete a server account.
