These terms apply to Steal a Seeker, operated by Krane Apps. Contact hello@kraneapps.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Who can use the game
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where higher, and legally able to use the service in your location. You are responsible for your device and wallet. Do not use the service in violation of applicable law or sanctions.
The game and Game Pass
The 12-mission campaign and weekly practice are free. An optional Game Pass unlocks ranked weekly competition for the purchasing wallet. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or a separately purchased pass each week. Each week contains three missions with shared conditions and five ranked attempts per mission. The best complete verified run on each contributes to the score. Attempts cannot be bought. Each week's competition closes at the time shown in the app; historical achievements and owned cosmetics remain subject to these terms and continued service availability.
A ranked attempt is used when the server starts it. Failed, abandoned or expired attempts may count. Connection failures and switching apps can affect a timed run. Practice does not affect your ranked attempts. Scores must pass server verification; use the rules shown in the current app for scoring and tie handling.
Purchases and credits
Checkout displays the product, network, currency and exact token amount before wallet approval. SOL equivalents may use a time-limited market quote; network fees are separate. Mainnet tokens have real monetary value and their prices change. Promotional or test pricing can change for future purchases; a later price change does not remove an already granted entitlement.
Credits are a non-transferable game balance for supported cosmetics and gear. They are not cryptocurrency, deposits or an investment, and cannot be redeemed for money or tokens. Outfits do not improve ranked combat stats. The item description identifies what is included. Access and purchases are tied to your wallet; we cannot recover a lost wallet key.
No active cash-prize offer
A Game Pass purchases ranked access. It does not guarantee any winnings, a refund for finishing missions, or a return on money spent. Any future prize programme needs separate published rules, eligibility, amounts and dates before entry. Earlier concepts or promotional previews do not create a prize entitlement.
Payment problems and refunds
Approve only a transaction you understand. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us. If payment is pending, check its status before paying again. For a duplicate, incorrect or undelivered purchase, email support with the public wallet address, transaction signature and product. We investigate and, where appropriate, restore the entitlement or arrange a refund. This does not exclude mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights under applicable law. Never send a seed phrase or private key to support.
Fair play and acceptable use
Do not cheat, automate ranked play, falsify run submissions, exploit payment errors, attack the service, use abusive public names or impersonate another player. We may reject invalid scores and restrict accounts for verified abuse. Contact support to dispute an error. Do not treat exploits or unconfirmed client balances as an entitlement.
Game materials and sharing
We give you a limited personal licence to use the game. The game artwork, code and branding are owned by us or their licensors. You may share your gameplay and generated courier cards without misrepresenting sponsorship or ownership. Concept trailers are illustrations, not a promise that the game uses the same camera or rendering style. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; this is an independent game.
Privacy, availability and changes
The privacy policy explains data use. The game is in early access and may contain bugs or interruptions. We may change missions, balance, pricing for future purchases or features, and provide notice of material changes where required. We do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent support. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Liability and disputes
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by lost wallet access, third-party wallet failures, blockchain outages, market-price changes or misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact support first about a dispute. Applicable mandatory laws and the courts available to you under those laws remain applicable; these terms do not require you to waive them.
Closing your account
You can request account deletion using these instructions. Deletion may remove progress, equipment and competition history. It does not itself reverse purchases or delete blockchain transactions. We explain any necessary record retention when handling the request.
